WHAT A WEEK OF CAMP LOOKS LIKE

Totally His Youth Conference is a conference aiming to provide an environment for young people to grow in their love for Jesus Christ alongside other like-minded youth. Mornings are spent studying the Word of God with various speakers while the afternoons are enjoyed through team sports. In the evenings we’ll have a time of worship and explore the Word with our keynote speaker. Young people between the ages of 14-19 are invited to come. This conference starts on Monday evening and ends following lunch on Saturday.

Every morning we rise early to have moments alone with Jesus.

Every morning is dedicated to teaching from the word of God. We have a variety of speakers who share during these three morning sessions.

Each afternoon we breakup on to teams and enjoy a time of sports and other fun activities.

Following Sports we have a snack shop that is open to the campers to come and get sweet treats like milkshakes, icecream, lattes, shaved ice and more. We also have a pool with designated swimming times for campers.

Every Evening our campers get to worship togethor and hear from the Word of God.

During the final night of camp this session is dedicated to the campers performing their skits about what they learned during their week of camp.

GET UPDATED ON THYC 2025

The conference is open to those between the ages of 14-19. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Yes. The Evangelical Institute hosts Totally His each year, and we desire to see young people grow in their love for the Lord Jesus.

The speakers are from local churches, ministries, and our bible school. We look forward to annoucing the 2025 speaker list soon.

The Evangelical Institute was founded in 1972 as a bible school to equip the Christian with biblical truth to live their practical life. We hope that the Totally His will be a one-week microcosm of this goal.

After our morning teaching sessions, we enjoy a variety of group activities. These may include volleyball, soccer, obstacle courses, relays, swimming, ping pong, and more.

Nope! While there is an emphasis on fun group activities, there is no need to be athletic. Our goal is to have fun, and we hope that with the variety of activities you will find one that you enjoy. Don’t stress about the sports, seriously!

In our unwavering commitment to prioritize the safety and well-being of both campers and counselors, Totally His has proactively put in place key safety policies. Following Scripture, we believe in living out Christian values, especially Christ’s command to love our neighbors, a principle we extend to all participants during the camp week. Christ’s love is to be reflected in every word, thought, and action.

In our 22 years of camp, thanks to the Lord’s grace, we are grateful for the absence of any abuse or major injuries. However, recognizing that biblical love is proactive, we have implemented key measures to minimize potential incidents.

1. Counselor Vetting: Each counselor, having completed our discipleship training school, undergoes a government-issued background check.

2. Guidelines for Interaction: Counselors, who stay in dorms with campers, strictly follow guidelines for interacting with campers.

3. Christian Faith Adherence: As a smaller camp with a capacity of just over 100 campers, we require each camper to share their testimony on the registration form to ensure they align with the Christian faith.

While appreciating the importance of these measures, we also acknowledge God as the ultimate protector. As a school and camp, we pray for a Christ-honoring and safe camp week, free from negative influences, trusting the Lord’s continued protection.

During the Totally His Youth Conference, we desire to create an environment where campers can focus on getting to know the Lord and cultivate relationships with others. To encourage this, we have a no cellphone policy with certain exceptions. Click on the following link to read about the no cellphone policy. READ MORE HERE.
