Each team must have 1 captain and at LEAST 1 girl (can have all girls). Each player MUST sign a waiver. Registration cost $15 per team. Registration form, money and waivers should be turned in by April 12th (late registrations may be considered at the cost of $20). Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card. Captains meeting will take place Saturday, April 12th at 12:30 sharp. Games begin at 1:00pm. All teams MUST HAVE PLAYERS ready to play by 1:00pm.
