Each team must have 1 captain. Each player MUST sign a waiver. Registration cost $15 per team. Registration closes on November 9th. Each team's money and waivers must be brought on November 12th in order to play. Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card. Captains meeting will take place Saturday, April 12th at 12:30 sharp. Games begin at 1:00pm. All teams MUST HAVE PLAYERS ready to play by 1:00pm.
